Non half-cut monocrystalline panels — conventional full-cut mono cells, typically the cheaper route into monocrystalline efficiency.
Full-cut panels are a perfectly good panel. They give you monocrystalline efficiency and a uniform black finish at a lower price than half-cut. The trade-off shows up in two places:

Partial shade. A shadowed corner of a full-cut panel reduces output across the whole panel, not just the shaded cells. On a roof with obstructions, this is the single biggest difference between the two.
Heat. Longer current paths inside the cell mean marginally more resistive loss, so the panel runs hotter and gives back a little more on a hot afternoon.
